So excited for Christmas

I'm excited for Christmas this year!!! Last year I was so sick with little Hadlee. That I couldn't shop or even get out of bed. ( yuck ). So this year I'm loving the shopping, getting out decorations, and counting down the days. Bailey's list seems to be endless though. :) Thank goodness Hadlee just wants her bottle for Christmas. I can't wait to see her little face when we open her new little friends. That's what I call her toys and stuffed animals. She loves it she gets so excited.. She knows that word "friends" too. It will be fun. Plus I got Justin a fun surprise that he has no idea.

Well I don't know about the Celebrity Look a like?? LOL I did it a couple of time with different pictures and some girl keep popping up Kelly Hu she Japanese. I actually had a couple of Japanese girls on there. I didn't know. How funny. I thought Bailey's turned how good. Especially Hayden Panettiere.

Well I hope everyone has a good and happy Christmas!!!

Bentley

I had to put down my dog yesterday. He was 12 years old and the cutest three legged Beagle you ever saw. I loved that dog so much. He was not just a dog to me he was my friend. He loved going for walks and going by-bye. As soon as I said do you want to go for a walk he would get so excited. He would start to bark, run around and jump up on me. Even at 12 and his leg giving out on him he still loved his walks. He loved Bailey and she loved him. He would follow her around and always wanted to play with her and her friends. Bentley was so loving. I meet some of our neighbors because of him. They would come over to see him and pet him and then they would introduce themselves. Everyone loved B. He loved the love and attention. I hope you knew how much I loved him and how much I am going to miss him. Kissing his cheeks and rubbing his soft ears. I love you B. Bailey loves you too. You are missed.

Happy Thanksgiving

I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving. I am so thankful for my family and friends. I think back last year at this time. Where it was just me and Bailey that was a family and now we have Justin and our little angel Hadlee. My family and friends mean everything to me. I am so blessed to have such amazing people in my life. I am thankful for our health. Something we take for granted. Please continue to pray for Briggs as he is fighting a bad infection that needs to be gone before he starts the next step which will be chemo. My heart break for them.

I love you all hope the Holidays are filled with lots of Love and Happiness!!!!!

Yeah!!

Justin will home on Wednesday. Thank goodness I have missed him and so has Bailey and Hadlee. Today we went up to Rainbow Gardens. We were walking around and this older lady came up to me and was talking to me and asking about Hadlee. She was saying how cute HE was!! What the hell SHE is rapped in a pink blanket then she goes its a boy right? I said No ha ha its a girl. Then she laughed and said oh well you just can't tell these days. :)
Then Bailey keep asking me for things and I had to keep telling her No I have no money we are on a budget. So then I hear her go up to my mom and say grandma I want to buy Justin this mug it has his name on it. It's a welcome home present. LOL my mom thinking how cute but he's only been gone two weeks but ok I'll buy it. Bailey then says Oh thank you grandma I will pay you back :)

I posted two cute pictures of Briggs. They were taken about a month ago. Brenn was at this farm taking pictures with this other little baby. Brenn is putting on a concert to raise money because this little boy is sick. The girl ended up taking some pictures of Brenn and Briggs. When I was at the hospital this weekend the girl dropped them off. The minute Sylina and Brenn looked at them they started to cry. Its hard not too. Their breath taking. They have a website that you can go on and read current updates. http://www.carepages.com/ type in briggshill lower case and no spaces.

Briggs

I went and visited little Briggers today. What a sweet and cute little boy. Its had to stop the tears from flowing once you see him lying in bed with all these tubes in him. Not being able to talk or move. Hold on to his mommy's hand and his little blanket. It's hard to understand why this happens and especially why to little ones. No word yet on the results of the tumor. No later then Monday is what they are telling them. Please keep him in your prayers. Brenn is asking if you can to please fast tomorrow. We love you Briggs.

Update on Briggs

I talked to Sylina this morning. Briggs surgery went pretty good. They got most the tumor out but had to leave a little bit of it cause it was around the brain stem. She said it is really hard for her today cause when he hears her voice he tries to cry. He is on a ventilator and can't. I ask how big the tumor is and she said when is saw it on the MRI it was about the size of your fist. So pretty massive. They will have the results of the tumor no later then Monday if there lucky she might know by Friday. When I ask what I can do for them she always replies by telling me to keep praying and not to stop. Sylina I love you and you and your family are in my prayers.

My heart is aching

My good friend Sylina called this morning to ask me to say a prayer for her little boy Briggs. They found out this morning that he has a tumor in the back of his brain. I was speechless. What can I say to comfort my friend. There are no words that can comfort you when it comes to your kids and there health. I can't imagine what she is feeling. Briggs will definitely be in my thoughts and prayers. "We love our little ones, please keep them safe and healthy".

Hadlee 3 months old

Little princess is 3 months old today!!! She is getting closer and closer to carrying on a conversation with me :) she really wants to talk. So last night me, Bailey and Hadlee are down stairs in Bailey's new room. Bailey is in front of Hadlee talking to her and laughing and all of a sudden Hadlee screams out. I thought at first well that a new scream I wonder whats a matter so I look over and Hadlee is yelling at Bailey her legs are just a going ( riding a bike like Justin always says) and her arms moving she is so excited and she keep screaming. But she will only do it when Bailey laughs and keeps laughing. It was so cute. So today i tired to get her to do it again she just smiled at me like I was retarded. Bailey comes home starts talking to her starts to laugh and Hadlee yells. :) I got it on video but the video doesn't really justify how cute she sounds and after a while of her doing it she was wore out.. But its still cute.. Enjoy my cute girls.

One more thing I was going through some old cards and I came across a letter I wrote Bailey when she was 2 years old it was still sealed. So we open it and I read it to her. It just said how much I loved her and how sorry I was that me and her daddy couldn't get along but that I would try my best to give her a good life. It went on to say how happy she makes me and how proud i was to be her mom. After I read it bailey went upstairs and wrote me a letter. It was so cute it said that I was the most beautiful girl and that it was ok that I divorced her dad because she gets to be with me and I'm her favorite person :) Just typing this makes me cry. Anyways she is such a sweet girl with such a good heart. I love being a mom. It's the best thing in life!!!

Spread the Message

Dear amy,
PETA took these pig displays to grocery stores around California to get the word out about Prop 2 Let's keep the train on the tracks!
We are pleased as punch to report that—thanks to the hard work of many of you—two important ballot initiatives passed yesterday, making history for animals. California voters approved Proposition 2, which will ban some of the worst cruelty to animals raised for food in that state: keeping egg-laying chickens in battery cages so small that they can't spread their wings, keeping veal calves in crates for their entire miserable short lives, and keeping pregnant pigs in crates so small that they can't take a step forward or backward or turn around. Farmed animals in California will be given these basic necessities by 2015, but we will continue to spread the message that the best thing that people can do to help animals is to stop eating them altogether. Thank you to all the Californians who responded to our phone calls or who got involved after seeing PETA's remarkably lifelike pigs-in-stalls displays outside grocery stores. Millions of chickens, pigs, and cows will be spared horrific suffering, thanks to you.
On the other side of the country, Question 3 passed, which will ban greyhound racing in the state of Massachusetts by 2010. We have long supported the fabulous team of activists there and thank all of you who have worked so tirelessly to see this victory become a reality. Dogs who are used for racing typically spend 20 hours per day confined to cages measuring only 32 in. by 42 in. by 34 in. Many of the dogs can't even stand completely upright. The animals are also highly susceptible to injuries, including fractures, dislocations, lacerations, and amputations. And because injured dogs are no longer of use to the industry, they are often simply killed.
The impact of both these important initiatives is tremendous for the millions of animals whose lives will be affected by them. Our heartfelt thanks go out to each and every one of you who worked toward their passage. While you celebrate these hard-earned victories, please do something extremely important: Remember the words "One can make a difference" and commit to keeping the momentum on the animals' side by redoubling your efforts. Leaflet this weekend at KFC. Talk with more friends about buying cruelty-free products and clothing. Visit our Action Center for dozens of great ideas on how you can take action, and choose some that appeal to you.
Together, we can keep the momentum going!
Sincerely,

Ingrid E. Newkirk

Sad

My big baby moved in her new room last night. It was sad I kept looking down the hall at her old room thinking she was in there. She's all the way down stairs and it makes me sad. And now my little baby Hadlee will be moving into her own room and out of mommy and daddy's. Sad time goes by so fast. After tucking Bailey in last night she was a nervous. I told her Bentley is just right up the stairs. She looked at me and then said "Oh Yeah real nice watch dog". She's right Bentley's old, can't hear and he's in his kennel. :) Bailey is right once again!!

So I emailed a couple of friends a website that I watched and bawled over and still can't get the images out of my head. I wanted everyone to go to this website Meat.org I'm not asking everyone to become a vegetarian but just do some research on where the meat we buy actually comes from. Proposition 2 thankfully will stop the farm factories from abusing there animals. But we all know that will take time. Research so we will be healthier and our kids will be too. Plus we don't want to support these assholes that abuse these poor helpless animals for no reason at all.. Please!!!

Bailey and Hadlee's Big Day!!

We had a very exciting weekend. First Bailey got baptised on Saturday and Hadlee got blessed on Sunday. I was so touched by all the family and friends that showed up for our girls. Your love and support means so much. Thank you to all of you who came and the ones who couldn't make it thank you for messages. We are very lucky to have the family and the friends that we do. Bailey did such a good job she was so cute about it. She was excited to get in the tub of water and get dunked :) and Hadlee was very calm and enjoyed her blessing. Afterwards everyone came over and had a party for the both of them. It was nice. As I was sitting there at the church my mom grabbed my hand a put a ring on my finger. This ring was her engagement ring when she was engaged to Jim. They never ended up getting married. Jim is a dad to me. I am closer to him then my own father. Before me and Justin moved in together me and Bailey rented Jim's house in Layton for almost three years. I had a nice home me and Bailey were so luck we got to live there instead of living in a basement apartment which was where we were at before. I am still very close to him even though him and my mom are no longer together. He will always be a huge part of my life and always Bailey's Poppie and now Hadlee's too. Anyways my mom gave me this ring because they are no longer together and my mom knows how much he means to me. So she thought it would be nice for me to have and to wear. Thanks mom I love it.
Justin left for Arizona today to go and sell (not exciting). He will be gone for two weeks. So its just me and the girls. Bailey is getting her carpet for her new room on Monday and Hadlee will getting to move into her new room too. Hadlee will be sleeping in her crib soon how sad. She will be three months old on the 5th so stay tuned for some more cute pictures and hair bows :)!!!

Beat It

Visit www.moblyng.com to make your own!

Happy Haunting

We had such a Happy Halloween!!! Ms Bailey was a Pirate and little Ms Hadlee was a tiger :). We went down to Justin's sister's house and went trick-or-treating, ate chili and then was entertained by Justin singing and dancing to Beat It. I tried not to laugh to hard so you could hear him sing but it was hard not to laugh. I could have watched him all night. Lucky for me Beat it wasn't the only song he sang. He's got such a good voice and his moves wow no one can touch him!! :) I'm a lucky girl...

Bailey

Ok so Bailey tells me that there is this Japanese girl at her school. I guess from what Bailey says is that she is teaching her class Japanese. Bailey tells me that her lips are really dry. So this is how the conversation goes.
Bailey: "Why don't you use chap stick"?
Girl: "I do I eat with chop sticks".
Bailey: "No chap stick"
Girl: "I do I use chop sticks when I eat".
Bailey: "Never mind"

LOL I'm still laughing...

Hadlee a month old

I can't believe Hadlee is already a month old. She is so cute and such a good baby. I love her so much. When you have your first baby you think you can't possibly love anyone more. But you can. I love my girls so much. I am so lucky that I am home with Hadlee everyday. I am enjoying her, every feeding, every dirty diaper, even when she cries. She is so fun. Hadlee has already added much love to our family and happiness. Bailey gets home from school and the first thing she does is comes and gives Hadlee a kiss. Me and Hadlee were going to leave for Chicago this Saturday but have decided to stay home where Hadlee can be in her own bed not have to fly on a dirty plane and we won't have to sit in apartment all day long. I wanted to go and be with Justin and see the city but its best that we stay then Hadlee won't keep Justin up at night when she wakes to eat every three hours. Justin's missing Hadlee I would send him pictures of her but after the last one he called and said it made him sad so I will hold off on sending pictures. When he calls I put the phone up to her so he can talk to her. She stays still and listens like that's my daddy!!! I hope October 1st comes fast.

TiMe goes by so FasT

Hadlee is almost a month old.. It has gone by so fast. She is such a good baby. We are so blessed to have a healthy beautiful baby. Justin left on the 28th to go back to work. It was so nice to have him home for a month. I can't wait till the summer is over. It was hard to see him go and for him to leave Hadlee ( Love Bug ). Before he left though we went and picked out our wedding rings :) YEAH!!! I'm so excited!!! I'm trying to talk him into going and getting married on the beach instead of spending alot of money on a wedding that last one night but we will see. Me and Hadlee are leaving for Chicago on the 20th then we will all drive home. Little Ms Bailey will stay with my mom so she can go to school and attend her soccer practices and games. She is on two different teams. One is a Comp team the other is a city team. She has practice three time a week. Lots of running around but she loves it. She also loves her little sister. She's a huge help. She doesn't complain about helping out either even when she's running out a dirty diaper. She's happy to help. Hadlee loves her too she knows her voice when Bailey's talking Hadlee just stays still and listens its cute. They are lucky to have each other as I am lucky to have them, all of them. I love them all so much Justin, Bailey and Hadlee xoxo

Exciting News!!!!

So I have some exciting news. Justin will be home this Sunday and he gets to stay for a whole month!!!!!!
I am so excited and relieved you have no idea. Tuesday I went to the doctor and was told that he wasn't going to induce me on Wednesday the 30th because I am haven't thinned or dilated. I got teary eyed and told him Wednesday was suppose to be the big day Justin is coming home, he has his flight planned, and now what am I suppose to do. Then I thought my only option would be a C-section even though I wasn't sure I wanted to. I was mostly worried about having a C-section and then having Justin leave that following Sunday. At this point I was feeling like we needed to make this big decision and everything will be rushed. But then today I get the best news... Me and Bay were at Target getting some last things needed for Hadlee and Justin called and said he had good news. He then told me he could stay for a month. I wanted to scream I was so excited I got all teary eyed and all of a sudden felt like all this pressure has been lifted off of us.. We were going to be able to enjoy our time together as a family.. Now Hadlee gets to come on her own when she is ready!!!! My actual due date is August 6th but if she comes before the that would be great...

Baby Shower #2

Justin's mom gave me and Hadlee a baby shower on Wednesday the 16th. It was allot of fun. Hadlee definitely got spoiled by everyone. We got allot of nice presents. This was our second shower the first one my mom and friend Teri gave. Hadlee also got spoiled at that one too. We are pretty much set. Its nice to have family and friend like we do, their love and support means everything. When I got home Justin told me to take a video of the things that we got at the shower. So I did, after he saw the video he then said "She's already spoiled but she deserves it she's a blessing"... Cute huh, I started to cry. We are both counting down the days that we get to see each other and see our baby girl. 10 more days Justin comes home and 13 days till Hadlee is here!!!! This is cute of Bailey lately every time we go to the store she wants to buy Hadlee something with her own money and she has. The other day we are at Babies R Us and she is picking out all this stuff and asking how much is this do I have enough? I keep saying Bailey lets just wait some of the those things she won't need plus I feel bad taking your allowance money. She then stops looks at me and says "Mom you know what this isn't just your baby, she's my baby sister which is my family I can buy her whatever I want with my money". "Now please take my money". :) Love Bailey, she tells it how it is....

Fourth of July

Happy late fourth of July... Me and Bailey had a good 4th. We spent the day with Justin's mom and dad at Cherry Hills (swimming) then that night we went to the Clearfield fireworks which were so good. My mom came with us too. We all had a good time. I talked to Justin that early afternoon and he said he was going to a park to watch the fireworks and BBQ with friends. I was a little jealous ok allot that I wasn't there to spend the 4th with him and to hang out with everyone. I'm missing everyone. Everyone has been so nice. Thank you!!!!

It's Hot

K well it's been a week and one day since I have been back from Ohio. I pretty much count down the days that I am away from Justin... Also its a count down when Hadlee will be here (28 days). When its 100 degrees outside and your carrying around a extra 30 pounds the count down starts. The last two days me and Bailey have been going to my mom's to swim. Bailey bugs me pretty much the whole time to get in the pool as I'm sitting in the shade thinking I want to but the though of me taking off my cover up and exposing my white belly kinda of ruins it :) plus last time I got in Bailey's friend said "Hey Bailey look at your mom". ha-ha :) I have enjoyed being pregnant and I'm so happy that I get to be a mommy again. I wonder what I will do different and what will her personality be like? I can't wait to see and hold her. Also I can't wait to see Justin with her. There's no doubt that he will be a excellent father to her as he has been to Bailey. I love him for that many other reasons too. Like I said 28 days still to go and 25 days till Justin will be home...

Ohio

Me and Bailey just got home from Ohio. We went out there to see Justin. We hadn't seen him for 2 months. So it was a very much needed trip. I surprised Justin by bringing Bailey. I had her hiding behind a wall after kissing and hugging him Bailey jumped out and yelled "Surprise"... It was so cute. It has been hard being away from him and being emotionally pregnant!!!!! Our cute baby girl "Hadlee" will be born on July 30th so Justin will be home a couple of days before that. He will then have to finish out his summer working in Ohio. Oh the sacrifices we have to make suck sometimes. I really don't know how military wives do it. So our trip to Ohio was fun. I met allot of the wives that are out there and have began a friendship with them. We got there on a Saturday and went straight over to our friend Nikki's apartment. I hadn't seen her, Ryder and her cute baby Easton for awhile so it was good to see her. Sunday was Father's Day we went boating with Billy, Nikki, Ryder, Easton, Parker and his new wife Brittany, Tyson, Beth and Cache. We had such a good time. I was a little worried going out in the boat being 8 months pregnant in the heat, bouncing around in my "Moo-Moo" :) Summer time is fun when you have an extra 30 pounds to carry around. Sexy too. Justin worked during the week. Me and Bailey hung out with our new friends. Monday our last day there Justin took us to Cleveland. We walked around Lake Erie, went to the Rock-n-Roll hall of fame, a Science Museum. It was a good time just being together.
It's weird to think the next time I see Justin we will have our new baby girl. We are so excited.
